Footprint: ~153 m² floating living space (single-level) — similar standard configuration seen in SolarPod range.  Hull & Platform: Built on ultra-durable, fully recyclable HDPE floating pontoons designed for longevity and low maintenance.  Design Style: Modern, minimalist architecture featuring panoramic glazing and smooth, curved geometry to maximize views and natural light. 

Solar Array: Large integrated solar panel area (typically ~70–90 m² in Solarpod variants) Harvests sunlight for all onboard systems.
