Floating Villas

Aqua – Viva Villas have been designed by Christian Leyk and are to be manufactured in the United Arab Emirates by us, implemented into the Gulf pristine waters and exported globally.

The Villa is fully sustainable, ethnically sourced materials built onto a 3 section sectioned pontoon that houses the systems below.

Each section of cranked floating bases interconnect to form an initial 90 sqm of living space, additional sections can be added during the build to form larger units, each section below the floor level is independent and provides buoyancy for the structure.
