The Solarpod is a luxury floating villa concept consisting of 2 separated parts
A/ The villa
The villa is an oval shape structure with panoramic windows + intergrated lighting equipped with solar panels on the roof and back side. The interior design is modern, minimalist with specific attention brought on beautiful details.
2 sizes will be proposed : small size for a couple (living room, dining corner and kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom) and larger size for a family trip showing the same configuration but with 2 bedrooms.
B/ The platform/pontoon
The villa is fixed on the middle of a floating platform offering 2 large terraces : the welcome terrace and the beach terrace. A jacuzzi may be proposed as an option so as to offer maximum comfort and allow a most enjoyable stay onboard.
Curved partitions consisting of metal oval / arch profiles and horizontal profiles on which will be fixed plain panels, security glass panels, solar panels, louvers (electric and sliding), inside partitions… It will also integrate wash-lights, illuminated solar pod name or number so it is visible from far.
All our materials used during construction are ethnically sourced, verified and tested.

BEACH TERRACE
This is the place where to relax and enjoy a bit of sunbathing. A flush jacuzzi will be positioned in the corner for maximum comfort and wellbeing. Easy access to the sea with mini chrome ladder. Indirect soft lighting will be installed in large rh & lh plant vases (or side stowage/coffee table) and provide subtly sophisticated atmosphere at night.
WELCOME TERRACE
This is the place where the owner / guests will arrive and step first. It has to look extremely welcoming and offer light and shade. Discreet decorative lighting will bring a touch of refinement.
An extra large panoramic window will offer a fantastic view on the surrounding landscape. It will be equipped with sliding (up/down) electrical louvers so as to offer welcoming shade during the hottest hours of the day and total privacy at night.
On both rh & lh sides are plain and louvered terrace curved partitions.
With custom-engineered batteries and state-of-the-art systems, the Solarpod offers prolonged hours of off grid living for several days with no fumes or vibrations.
Each section of the HDPE floating bases interconnect to form an initial 153 sqm of space, additional sections can be added during the build to form larger units, each section below the floor level is independent and provides buoyancy for the structure.
INTERIOR
2 configurations will be proposed :
A/ couple : living room, dining corner and kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom
B/ family trip : showing the same configuration but with 2 bedrooms.

The Solarpod has 50kWh of standard house batteries, the power sources can be aligned if needed, a 10kWh inverter is standard onboard.
70 Sqm of solar energy panels generate power during day light hours which keeps the systems operational at all times.
Lighting and aircon is managed by a smart systems that allows the battery power to be directed to other onboard appliances.
Solarpod H2 has an optional onboard 40kWh Fuel cell which when needed produces electricity to maintain the batteries level of charging.
