The interior design is modern and minimalist, with careful attention given to refined details and spatial balance.

Different layout configurations are proposed, offering a complete living space including a lounge area, low dining zone with kitchen, open studio sleeping area, and bathroom. The sleeping area is enhanced by an indoor jacuzzi positioned beside the bed, creating a calm, wellness-oriented living experience on the water.

B / The Platform

OUR BLUEPRINT

ECO-FRIENDLY FLOATING ARCHITECTURE

ELECTRIC SYSTEMS

By integrating solar energy, the Solarpod reduces its environmental footprint, offering a self-sustaining luxury experience. Guiu’s vision reflects a growing trend in architecture and design, where sustainability and luxury coexist, providing eco-conscious consumers with environmentally responsible yet lavish lifestyle options.

H2 FUEL CELL

We recognise each vessel is unique, and it’s essential to tailor the process to your specific vessel and goals. We adopt a strict policy of transparency and unbiased reporting whilst being discreet and respecting privacy.

70 SQUARE METERS OF SOLAR PANELS

Generated from 32 flexible marine grade panels on the upper section we have designed the Solarpod floating villa range to maximise living space and to capture and harvest the highest amount of energy produced by the sun.

SMART POWER

The Solarpod has 50kWh of standard house batteries, the power sources can be aligned if needed, a 10kWh inverter is standard onboard. 70 Sqm of solar energy panels generate power during day light hours which keeps the systems operational at all times. Lighting and aircon is managed by a smart systems that allows the battery power to be directed to other onboard appliances. Solarpod H2 has an optional onboard 40kWh Fuel cell which when needed produces electricity to maintain the batteries level of charging.

HULLS MADE FROM HDPE

When designing the Solarpod floating villas we needed a strong sustainable message from a hydro dynamic hull side of things, a hull form which does not emit toxins, a hull form that protects the environment and marine life, the ONLY option for this is HDPE (High-density polyethylene) Fully recyclable, robust and repairable in the event of damage, ZERO emissions to marine life and best of all we can warranty the hulls in material and construction for 50 years.
